Professionally, Conrad is a successful tech executive and investor.

Most recently he was recruited as an executive to Daloopa, where he helped them raise $50 million in May 2026 and over $100M in total. He moved to New York from San Francisco, where he was one of the top finance and strategy voices in tech, working and scaling two other unicorns ($1B+ valuation).

He’s the co-founder of Crew, a tech talent and media company, and the founder of the Winter Group, an advisory and investment group for tech startups. Since moving to NYC he’s been active in the NYC tech scene, working and investing in a variety of early-stage companies.

He’s also a film producer, providing capital and business guidance to filmmakers. He works with a variety of writers and directors, from those launching their first short to established feature length movie makers.

Previously he launched Deus Tennis, a fashion startup, and Mavis, a healthtech home hospice startup - named after his grandmother - to help seniors age with dignity.


Conrad has a degree in Physics from UC Berkeley (Deans Honors List, 3.5 year degree). He was ranked top 50 for his age group in Chess, teaching youth and seniors alike at the Santa Monica Farmers Market. He worked for the Bloomberg Campaign. He was a top junior and men's open Tennis player in California.
